However, clients are responsible for the content of their work. Plagiarism and breach of copyright are illegal. The use of corrections, comments or suggestions given by Qualitibooks is at the discretion of the client.

Qualitibooks has the right to refuse any work it deems offensive or objectionable. It also has the right to refuse any work it cannot complete within the client's suggested timeframe.

Qualitibooks is not responsible for lost work. It is the client's responsibility to keep original copies of his or her work. Qualitibooks is not responsible for any circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from fulfilling our contract.

In all circumstances, we request the full payment be made before a document is edited. Not all projects will fit into one of the three editing service levels suggested. Based on readability and other factors required, some projects may be quoted higher than $3 per page.
