• How quick are the turnaround times on editing?

Our projects are completed based on the order we receive them, while taking into consideration a deadline you suggest. We work with each client to agree on a reasonable completion date, typically within a week after we receive the project.  Shorter projects will have a faster turnaround.

• How do I qualify for the student/college discount?

To qualify for the student discount, you need to be a student with an active e-mail account through your school. Whether you are working on a project for class, a resume, or doing writing on the side, we are here to help you. Just submit your project using your school e-mail account. You will automatically receive the discount of 25% off.

• How do the payments work?

All transactions will be completed through Google Checkout. Just click on the buy now button under the service you would like on the main page. Enter the amount of pages you would like edited under quantity. The full payment is required before the project will be edited. If you would like a sample edit, then you could start by submitting a portion of your work.

• What about refunds?

There are no refunds once the payment is completed.

• What else do you edit?

The different types of projects we edit are unlimited. Some examples are short stories, novels, memoirs, scripts, thesis papers, term papers, resumes, business plans and fliers. If you have something that needs to be edited, we will be happy to accept the job!

• What do you consider a page when editing?

A standard page is 450 words. Anything less than 450 words will be considered one page. For example, 451 words equals 2 pages, and 390 words equals one page.

• How and where do I send my project, and what should I include?

After you have made your payment, send us an email with your document attached to qualitibooks@gmail.com.
